Our renovated c. 1860 farmhouse is located in the heart of the picturesque Village of Canning, just minutes from the small but bustling towns of Wolfville and Kentville in Nova Scotia's beautiful Annapolis Valley.

We are surrounded by the world's highest tides and are blessed with many natural attractions. The area boasts live professional summer theatre as well as year round high calibre amateur theatre. A great variety of excellent dining facilities is also available.

We are less than 90 minutes by car from downtown Halifax, the Halifax International Airport, the popular South Shore and Annapolis Royal, so the Farmhouse Inn is a great central base for numerous easy day trips.

Our deluxe suites with 2-person whirlpool tubs are very popular with honeymooners and couples celebrating anniversaries! All rooms and suites have ensuite bathroom, TV, VCR, phone/dataport, A/C and either 1 king, 1 queen or 2 twin beds. In addition, our 2-room suites have a sofa-bed and a 2-person whirlpool tub and/or fireplace.
