Built shortly after the turn of the century, the East Main Guest House was entirely restored and renovated in 1991. Original heart-of-pine flooring throughout downstairs. Awarded the historic district renovation award in 1992.

The dining room table seats ten, and features two breakfronts. The house has six fireplaces with antiques and professional decorating throughout. The upstairs sitting/game room has comfortable seating, a game table, cable TV, VCR, telephone.

The Honeymoon Suite features stained glass, a queen-size canopy bed and fireplace. The connected bath has whirlpool tub and chandelier with dimmer. The East room features designer drapes and matching queen-size headboard, a fireplace and connecting private bath. The twin beds in the Garden room are often bathed in sunshine through its many windows that are also professionally draped. The Garden room also has a private bath. All guest rooms have TV and telephones.
