Berry Hill Gardens is off the beaten path yet only 7 miles from Bainbridge, Afton or Oxford Villages. It is a country B&B situated high on a hilltop overlooking miles of rural beauty. there are extensive herb and perennial gardens with hundreds of plant varieties for the guests to stroll in. Plants are available for sale as are dried flowers and wreaths. The house is a restored 1820's farmhouse furnished with early American antiques. There is a large Great Room for the guests to relax in with a wood burning stove to cozy up to after cross-country skiing and a wrap around porch to view the countryside. A full country breakfast is served. You can enjoy hiking and bird watching on our 180 acres or try to catch the beavers in the act of making a new dam on our Federally Protected Wetlands area. We are less than 1/4 mile from the Finger Lakes Trail System. We are 3 1/2 hours from New York City, 45 minutes from Cooperstown and most of the area colleges.
