The Indian River House is lcoated on the Intracoastal Waterway of the beautiful Indian River Lagoon and was built circa 1900. It was purchased by Judge Samuel C. Graham of Wise County Virginia as his fishing and hutning lodge in 1903 and was kept in the Graham family for many years.

Our "nature-walk" dock is always good for fishing or just sitting and enjoying the ever changing river view. Many varieties of beautiful Florida water birds adorn our "front yard" while manatee and dolphins frolic regularly in the sparkling waters of the Indian River. Of course, watching the space shuttle and rockets from the front porch is always a "blast!"

We are registered with the Brevard Historical Council and maintain this comfortable old Florida home down to the original cistern which is located on a lovely shaded patio area for enjoying the relaxing tranquility of real southern living.

Indulge yourself in the peaceful surroundings of the Indian River. It's a good place to be!
