This award-winning log Bed & Breakfast, designed and built in 1991, offers contemporary and southwest accents in a mountain setting. Ten guest rooms, each with private bath and private deck with mountain views are named and decorated after Colorado mountain passes. Lodge rooms offer either 1 queen size bed or 2 twin beds. The Suites offer a special touch of romance with 1 King size bed, private, water-filled hot tub and river rock fireplace. A hearty, full breakfast is served daily, featuring home baked breads, muffins and jams, the Inn's special granola plus a main entree. Offerings include Banana Macadamia Nut Pancakes with Vermont Maple Syrup, and the Inn's 1995 and '96 national B&B Chefs competition award winners: Tangy Apple Sausage Quiche and Southwest Brunch Casserole. After a full day of activities, relax by a crackling fire in the Great Room, enjoy the serenity of the Sun Room and Loft, or soak in the outdoor hot tub with spectacular views of the Ten Mile Range.
