Forty Putney Road Bed & Breakfast is an elegant French Provincial home overlooking the West River.

It is just a ten minute walk to downtown Brattleboro. Upstairs are four guestrooms, each with a queen bed and private bath with tub/shower.
A separate cottage is also available with a fully-equipped kitchen.

A full breakfast is served each morning in the Breakfast Room or outside on the patio in warm weather, overlooking the lovely back yard, which boasts one of the largest Japanese Maple trees in Vermont.

Amenities include a cozy pub serving beer and wine for guests, only, as well as wireless internet service.
