Built in 1929, this northwoods landmark's original ten guest rooms were completely renovated in 1995. An additional 8 rooms and suites were added in 1999. All guest rooms provide lake views and spectacular sunsets. Handcrafted log furniture, hand made quilts, and unique lodge touches provide the ambience of a country inn with the amenities of a full service hotel.



Overlooking Big Trout Lake, the Lodge serves as the gateway to the Whitefish Chain of Lakes encompassing over 16,000 acres of crystal clear waters and 110 miles of shoreline. In winter, 1200 miles of snowmobile trails and wilderness snowshoe areas begin within a few minutes of the door.



Spring and Fall offer the best in seasonal touring, golf, and fishing. No restaurant waiting, no lines, and no traffic mean plenty of opportuniites for rest and relaxation.



There are always special packages at the lodge offering unique combinations of lodging, dining and recreation. the Manhattan Beach Lodge also provides the perfect backdrop for business meeting or small group getaways.
