Our home was built in 1913 as a farm house. Our rooms are therefore decorated for farm animals. You can spend the night with the cows, pigs or horses. Farm animals never had it this nice before. In the morning you are awaken to the smell of fresh coffee and breakfast cooking. The menu changes depending on the season and the mood of the innkeeper. Always you can count on fruit, juice, cereal, homemade breads or pastry, an egg and meat dish. Unless you are a picky eater you won't need to plan on lunch.











Upon arrival you will find goodies in the butler's pantry to snack on while you enjoy a good book, video or a swing on the porch. If you like taking day trips we are 8 minutes from historic Urbanna and many antique shops. If you like racing the dirt car track is close by and for horses it's Colonial Downs just a 20 minute drive. Only 45 minutes to an hour you can explore Jamestown, Williamsburg, Hampton Roads and Richmond.
