Flemish House of Chicago offers comfortably furnished studio and one-bedroom apartments in an 1890s grey stone row house. As our renovation progresses, we are keeping the best of the old and updating kitchens and baths for modern-day living. The apartments are available for short-term stays (two-night minimum may apply) or as furnished corporate units (by the week or month). Apartments feature some combination of wood-paneled rooms, fireplaces, in-laid wood floors, high ceilings and decorative plaster work. All kitchens are totally new and self-contained. Bathrooms have been updated with new fixtures and tile. We are located in downtown Chicago's Gold Coast neighborhood, minutes from North Michigan Avenue, Water Tower Place, the lake front and Oak Street Beach.
