Woodhaven is a spectacular Gothic Revival Mansion built in 1853 from plans by renowned architect A.J. Downing. The Main House and Carriage House have been honored with restoration awards and are listed on the National Register of Historic Properties. Octagon shaped Rose Cottage, which was built in 1998 and features architectural details from the other two buildings, won the 1998 Homebuilders Association Award.







Guests enjoy elegant accommodations in The Main House, Carriage House and Rose Cottage. All rooms feature antiques, tall ceilings elaborate architectural details, designer linens and bath products, private baths (4 with whirlpools), 3 include fireplaces, color cable TV, clock radio, irons and ironing boards, complimentary in room snacks/tea and coffee. Common areas, both inside and out on the porches, are stocked with books, magazines and information about local history, attractions and great places to dine. Phones in each room feature data ports for our business travelers.







A full three course gourmet breakfast is served from 7:30 - 9:30 am (continental starts at 7:00 am) in the formal dining room in the Main House. Chocolate chance cookies and soft drinks are available at check-in.
