The flats are centrally located. They are quiet and the 1st district (center) is in five minutes' walking distance. The house was built in 1805 and there is a big tree in the courtyard. The apartments have been newly renovated. They have central heating, wooden floors, small kitchens, shower and toilet, TV (austrian programmes only), dishes, linen and towels. A tiny laundry is at your disposal.
