1808 Historic Inn, The Bachelder Inn has been greeting traveler for nearly 2 centuries. 6 period decorated rooms with full baths and working fireplaces provide a relaxing and confortable stay. Enjoy the on site tarvern or wine and cocktails in the Inn. Relax around the Pool or walk down to the on gounds pond and cast a fishing line or feed the ducks.

Freeport Bath and Bruswick are only 30 miles south for the best shopping experience Maine has to offer. The Bar Harbor is only 2.5 hours away, but Camden/Rockland and Bath coasts are only an hour.

Antique shopper can spend there day in Hallowell or any of the over 100 small shops in the area. A tour of Fort Western and the Capital Augusta will delight young and old.
