This bed & breakfast was built in 1909. It's architectural description is Neo-Classical with Queen Anne influences. It has been beautifully and accurately restored over the last 8 years. The Brimer House Inn is located in one of Knoxville's premier Historic District neighborhoods (Historic Old North Knoxville). It is about a mile from downtown and UT football, and about 30 minutes from the Great Smokey Mountains National Park.





The Inn has king and queen beds, luxury linens, large windows, hardwood floors, ceiling fans, gourmet breakfast, wonderful porches, and a koi pond on the property.
