Recently restored and modernized this home-style B&B offers modern comfort and convenience with early 20th century ambience. There are three comfortable rooms, the Clipper Room with a queen-size bed, the Brigantine Room with twin double beds and a the Schooner Room with a double bed. All guest rooms have ensuite bathrooms. Located on Route 332 at the mouth of the LaHave River, and only 4 km from the LaHave ferry, Riverport is close to several sandy beaches, the Ovens Natural Park and a dive park. An ideal base for day tours, deep sea fishing, hiking trails and sea kayaking. Excellent shopping, dining and cultural facilities can be found in nearby Lunenburg or Bridgewater while the smaller local communities such as Mahone Bay and La Have are well worth a visit and a walkabout. Start the day with our hearty breakfast and finish it while recounting your adventures in the comfort of the fully equipped guest lounge.
